Our shipping policy aims to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. As all products are made on-demand, each item is custom-created once you place an order. Production time usually takes 2-4 business days, after which your order will be dispatched.
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. For UK orders, standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days once dispatched. International orders may require 10-20 business days. Please be aware that unexpected circumstances, such as customs delays or postal disruptions, can impact delivery times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a print-on-demand company, each of our products is custom-made specifically for each order, making every item unique. Because of this, we cannot support returns or exchanges for products that are simply unwanted or ordered in error.
However, we are committed to ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we’re here to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to resolve this.
